When you book an appointment online we will ask for your credit/debit card details to secure the booking. Your appointments are very important to the team at Fox Hair Design. Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, whilst we understand that sometimes changes are necessary, we respectfully ask that you let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
If you book an appointment online and fail to attend your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you a missed appointment fee of 50% of the value of your appointment.
Our cancellation policy is strictly 48 hours. If we don’t receive 48 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment then we may miss the opportunity to fill the space, and guests on our waiting list miss the chance to come and see us. If we don’t receive 48 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you a late cancellation fee of 50% of the value of your appointment.
Failure to Attend
All returning guests who fail to attend an appointment will be asked to pre pay, in full, for their next two appointments. We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will be sympathetic if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. All we ask for is 48 hours’ notice. Should you fail to attend an appointment that has been prepaid, or notify us of a cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge a late cancellation or missed appointment fee to the value of your appointment.
We understand that sometimes things happen outside of our control; traffic, the weather, or being unable to find a parking space can make you late for an appointment. If you think you may be late please give us a call, we can often honour your appointment up to 15 minutes after it’s scheduled start time. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may have to cancel your appointment, we’re really sorry but we can’t impact other guests appointments because of late arrival. If we have to cancel an appointment due to late arrival you will be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment value.
Guests who have not had a colour service before, or have not had a colour service for over six months at a Fox Hair Design salon must make arrangements for a colour allergy test. Allergy tests must take place no later than 48 hours before a colour service appointment. If an allergy test is not performed in good time your appointment will be cancelled, this is for your own safety. Allergy to hair colourants can be fatal. A cancellation fee of 100% of the full appointment value will apply if you do not visit us to have an allergy test performed in good time.
If you are a new or regular guest to our salon, please tell us about your birthday so we can send you a birthday gift voucher. A mobile number and email address are helpful because we always email and text to remind you about your appointment. Please let us know if you change your mobile number or email address so we always have your current contact details on file at Fox Hair Design.
