Responsible Hair Colouring
We are a responsible hair salon and only offer colour services to men and women aged 16 and over. It is also essential that you pop in for a skin test at least 48 hours before your colour appointment to test for possible allergies to the products we use. Simply call the salon to make a colour consultation appointment, where we will pop a dab of hair colour on your arm. You stay with us for 45 minutes to ensure that you don’t have an immediate reaction. If you have not had a reaction within 48 hours, we can go ahead and colour your hair.

Arguably the most popular hair colour techniques are foil highlights and lowlights.
During the highlights and lowlights hair colouring process, foil highlights can be woven or sliced into the hair. Sections of the hair can be coloured alternatively at random to achieve your desired hair colour.
Balayage
Balayage is a French word meaning ‘to sweep’ or ‘to paint’. It allows for a sun-kissed natural looking hair colour (similar to what nature gives us as children) with softer, less noticeable regrowth lines.
Colour Re-Growth
We also offer a regrowth touch up service, allowing you to maintain your beautiful hair colour and refresh your look.
Re-growth of your natural colour or the appearance of unwanted grey hairs can make your hair look tired, washed out and unkempt. We advise having your re-growth touched up every 4-6 weeks.

Due to restrictions of our public liability insurance we are unable to perform cutting or colouring services in salon if you are wearing added hair, such as extensions, weaves, toppers etc that were fitted by another salon and or stylist.
Correcting Hair Colour Disasters
If your home hair dye has gone terribly wrong and turned into a hair colour disaster don’t try and colour over it again as this will make your hair colour problem worse.
- If it’s turned out too dark, we can correct it and lighten your hair to the right colour perfect for you.
- If your hair colour has turned out too light, we can add a darker colour or a warmer shade.
Hair Colour Correction
If your hair has been over processed by the sun or with bleach and is now too dry or too brittle, help is at hand.
We can repair damaged hair by restoring some of the moisture that has been lost by over processing. Once properly assessed and treated, your hair will revert back to healthy vibrant hair.
