We’ve been taking a long hard look at how we do things at Fox Hair Design.
From January 2024, the salon will be closed on Saturdays.
This is a huge shift in how we operate, and something we have given much thought to.
Over the last two years we have found that Saturdays are no longer our busiest day; in addition, people have adopted a more flexible approach to working, and they too want their weekends back. So, we see a great opportunity to evolve. This is not news that all of you will welcome, we understand that. So, to try and accommodate as many of our clients as possible be we will be opening our diary a little later into the evenings during the week (until 8pm on Wednesday and Thursday).
We see this as our next and most important step in our evolution. We are proudly addressing the health, wellbeing, and work-life balance of our team. We all work tirelessly to deliver an outstanding experience for our clients. The job is physically demanding and often means that we work unsociable hours. Many of our team miss out on quality time with friends and loved ones, and milestone life events. It’s time for a positive change.
We’ve already made many changes since the pandemic. All our energy is now from renewable and sustainable sources. We have increased our offering of natural and vegan friendly colour and haircare. We recycle more of our waste than ever before, and we’ve started to embark on community and charity initiatives to give something back. This is the next exciting chapter in our evolution.
